Tragic Accident Claims Lives in Kishtwar: New Bride Among the Dead
Two women lost their lives, and three others were injured in a car accident in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir. The incident, involving newlyweds and their relatives, occurred when their car skidded into a gorge. The injured were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.

A fatal car accident in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir resulted in the death of two women and injuries to three other individuals on Monday, according to officials.
The victims have been identified as Mehru Nissa, 25, and her relative Rehana. The accident transpired in the Pathshala area of the hilly Bonjwa district while Tariq Hussain, 28, his wife Nissa, and guests were en route from Doda to visit in-laws.
Emergency responders acted promptly to transport the five injured to the sub-district hospital Thathri, where Nissa and Rehana were pronounced dead. The remaining injured, including Hussain and two other relatives, were transferred to Government Medical College Hospital Doda for specialized care.
