PM Modi to Launch Major Development Initiatives in Jharkhand on October 2

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jharkhand on October 2 to lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various projects worth over Rs 83,300 crore. These initiatives include the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan, establishment of Eklavya Schools, and multiple projects under PM-JANMAN aimed at holistic development of tribal communities.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Jharkhand on October 2, where he will lead the inauguration and foundation-laying ceremony for several projects totaling a staggering Rs 83,300 crore.

One of the key initiatives to be unveiled is the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan, a project focused on the comprehensive development of tribal communities with a budget of Rs 79,150 crore. This ambitious program targets 63,000 villages and aims to uplift over five crore tribal individuals across 30 states and UTs.

In addition, PM Modi will inaugurate 40 new Eklavya Schools and lay the groundwork for another 25. Further, he will reveal projects under the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM-JANMAN), including more than 1,380 km of road construction, numerous Anganwadi centres, and the electrification of 75,800 vulnerable tribal households.
