Alumni Support Transforms Maharashtra College
Alumni from Smt Sushiladevi Deshmukh Senior College in Maharashtra's Latur district have significantly supported their alma mater by donating equipment and mentoring current students. They recently contributed a smart board and free bus passes for underprivileged students, amongst other initiatives, aiding in educational and social development.

In a remarkable display of solidarity, alumni of Smt Sushiladevi Deshmukh Senior College in Maharashtra's Latur district have been making substantial contributions to their alma mater. College principal Dr. Ajay Patil reported on Monday that former students have been active in educational, social, and cultural initiatives.
The alumni association recently donated a state-of-the-art smart board worth Rs 1.65 lakh and provided free bus passes for underprivileged students. Past contributions include projectors, water purifiers, and a sanitary napkin disposal machine.
Dr. Patil emphasized the non-monetary support provided by alumni who mentor current students, sharing their experiences and knowledge. This has greatly contributed to the holistic development of the students.
