Ranveer Singh, who recently embraced fatherhood, made his first public appearance after becoming a dad, showcasing an infectious happiness at the 'United in Triumph' event hosted by the Ambanis at their luxurious home, Antilia, in Mumbai.
The 'Bajirao Mastani' actor was visibly excited as he interacted with the paparazzi, flashing a wide smile and engaging in playful banter. He proudly exclaimed, "Baap bann gaya re" (I have become a dad)!
The event brought together 140 Olympians and Paralympians under one roof for the first time, celebrating their success and extraordinary journeys. Deepika Padukone, following the joyful announcement of her daughter's arrival, shared a humorous Instagram reel capturing the challenges of new parenthood.
The video features a woman managing a chaotic morning routine, humorously depicting what if "adults ate like newborns." It begins with her waking up on a sofa, heading to the kitchen, and struggling to eat at the dining table, ultimately passing out after her first bite.
Deepika accompanied the post with a GIF of a person peeking out from behind curtains, symbolizing her new phase of life. Deepika and Ranveer welcomed their first child on September 8, confirmed through a heartfelt Instagram post that read, "Welcome Baby Girl 8.9.2024. Deepika and Ranveer." The announcement garnered a wave of congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities alike.
Since the birth, the couple has maintained relative privacy. However, Deepika's updated Instagram bio now reflects her new responsibilities: "Feed. Burp. Sleep. Repeat." On the professional front, Deepika was last seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD,' and she and Ranveer are set to share the screen in Rohit Shetty's upcoming 'Singham Again,' slated for a Diwali release. Ranveer will reprise his role from 'Simmba' in the film.
Ranveer also announced a new project featuring an ensemble cast that includes Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal. Additionally, he will star in Farhan Akhtar's anticipated 'Don 3'. (ANI)
