Grammy award winner Ricky Kej has raised concerns about Air India's services by citing two recent incidents. The airline has responded by saying that corrective steps will be taken where necessary.

On Sunday, in a series of posts on X, Kej detailed his experience at the Delhi airport before a September 14 flight to Bengaluru, involving a payment dispute over excess baggage.

He also mentioned an incident onboard a Mumbai-San Francisco flight on September 20, where flight attendants initially did not respond to a passenger's repeated calls for service.

An Air India spokesperson said the airline has taken the feedback seriously and corrective measures will be implemented to prevent such incidents in the future.

Kej acknowledged that some might question his decision to continue flying with Air India, but he stated his intention to keep giving feedback until the airline improves.

The Air India spokesperson also expressed regret over the inconvenience, noting that these isolated incidents do not reflect the overall commitment of its staff towards service excellence.
