Gold Heist: Social Media Influencer's Ornaments Stolen by Fake Fan
A 32-year-old woman was arrested by Delhi Police for allegedly stealing gold jewellery from a social media influencer. The theft occurred under the pretext of taking pictures with him. The woman and her husband were apprehended in Manali, and 100 grams of gold ornaments were recovered from Haryana.

In a dramatic turn of events, the Delhi Police has arrested a 32-year-old woman accused of stealing gold jewellery worth lakhs from a social media influencer. The suspect posed as a fan and requested a meeting for photographs.
The heist took place when the woman met the influencer in his office in South Delhi's Chattarpur locality. She asked him to wear his expensive gold jewellery for the photos. When the influencer was momentarily distracted by a phone call, she fled with 100 grams of gold ornaments.
Police tracked the woman to Manali, Himachal Pradesh, with her husband, and eventually recovered the stolen gold from her Haryana residence. Authorities continue to investigate the incident, Deputy Commissioner of Police Ankit Chauhan confirmed.
