Sunil Singhvi Appointed President of IEEMA, Announces Strategic Focus Areas for 2024-25
The Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA) appointed Sunil Singhvi, CEO of Secure Meters, as its new President for 2024-25. The announcement was made during IEEMA's 77th AGM. Singhvi aims to focus on strategic leadership, global presence, and innovations in the electrical sector, including green hydrogen and e-mobility.

The Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA) has announced the appointment of Sunil Singhvi, CEO (Energy) at Secure Meters, as its new President for 2024-25. The decision was unveiled at IEEMA's 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Convention 2024.
Outgoing President Hamza Arsiwala passed the baton to Singhvi, who outlined his vision for the coming year. 'I am both honoured and excited to take on the role of President. This year, our focus will be on expanding IEEMA’s strategic leadership, enhancing our global presence, focusing on quality, safety, and reliability (QSR), and driving innovations in the electrical sector,' Singhvi said.
Singhvi highlighted new areas of growth like green hydrogen, energy storage, and e-mobility, pledging to position IEEMA as a leader in the energy transition. The association also elected Vikram Gandotra of Siemens Ltd as President-Elect and Siddharth Bhutoria of RTS Power Corporation Ltd as Vice-President.
