Aspect Hospitality is proud to announce the much-anticipated arrival of Brunch & Cake in Mumbai's Raheja Altimus, Lower Parel. This marks a significant achievement for the brand, known for its 'Grandma's Goodness' all-day dining concept, which first opened its doors in Barcelona in 2010.

Aksha Kamboj, Chairperson of Aspect Global, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, 'We aim to deliver exceptional dining experiences across key Indian cities like Goa, Bangalore, and Delhi.' The company, which boasts a ₹120 crores turnover, aims to increase its outlets in India from 15 to 65 within the next year.

The new Mumbai location features signature elements like surfboards, white shells, and a stone pizza oven, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The menu includes Brunch & Cake's signature dishes such as Next Level Avo Toast and Neapolitan Pizza, alongside region-specific vegetarian options and a cocktail menu.
