Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy Praises Development Initiatives in Arunachal Pradesh's Leparada District

Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Sunday expressed satisfaction over the progress of various central and state-sponsored schemes in Arunachal Pradesh's Leparada district.
While on a daylong visit to Basar, Kumaraswamy, who is the union minister for Heavy Industries & Steel, praised the performance of various government departments.
During a review meeting to gather first-hand information about the developmental activities in the district, he urged government officers to continue working with coordination and dedication for the district's holistic growth and development.
Acknowledging the immense potential in Arunachal Pradesh's horticulture and agriculture sectors, Kumaraswamy assured officials that he would advocate for additional support from the relevant ministry, so that guidance and assistance could be extended to farmers.
Later, the minister inspected the ICAR-KVK farm at Gori village and interacted with regional heads and scientists, who briefed him on their scientific and research activities and the benefits provided to farmers in agriculture, horticulture, poultry, and animal husbandry.
Kumaraswamy also interacted with panchayat leaders, women, and village elders, informing them about the center's commitments and initiatives for the development of North Eastern states.
