The Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha on Sunday launched health awareness and membership drives in more than 250 slum clusters throughout the city.

Morcha President Richa Mishra distributed sanitary pads to women in Yamuna Khadar, stressing the need for regular health awareness programs to address the challenges faced by women living in these areas.

BJP MP from West Delhi, Kamaljeet Sehrawat, participated in the campaign, stating that women have played a pivotal role in the formation of PM Narendra Modi's government for the third term at the center. 'The Modi government is committed to the empowerment of women,' Sehrawat emphasized.

According to Priyal Bhardwaj, general secretary of the Mahila Morcha, a significant number of women enrolled in the BJP through the membership drive.
