Chief Justice Chandrachud Stresses Patience and Humility in Leadership and Decision-Making

Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud highlighted the significance of understanding one's strengths and weaknesses during his address at the 32nd Annual Convocation Ceremony of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU). He emphasized that true leaders use their strengths to support others while seeking help for their blind spots.

Justice Chandrachud reiterated the importance of patience and individuality in decision-making. He noted that while uncertainty accompanies decision-making, these moments are crucial in shaping character. Advising the graduates, he urged them to make thoughtful decisions with patience and humility as companions.

During the convocation, Justice Chandrachud also laid the foundation stone for the redevelopment of NLSIU's core Academic Block, thanks to a substantial grant from the JSW Group. The project aims to transform the existing structure into a multi-storey academic hub featuring state-of-the-art facilities.
