In a heated political skirmish, YSR Congress chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has labeled Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu a 'habitual liar' and sought Prime Minister Narendra Modi's intervention over the controversial Tirupati laddu adulteration issue.

In his eight-page letter to PM Modi, Jagan alleged that Naidu's actions were politically motivated and undermined the beliefs of millions of people. He claimed that Naidu's behavior not only tarnished the CM's reputation but also impacted the sanctity of the TTD temple and its long-held traditions.

Jagan emphasized the necessity of reprimanding Naidu to restore public trust. According to Jagan, Naidu raised the issue during a political party meeting despite knowing that the allegedly adulterated ghee had been rejected and never entered the TTD premises. Jagan called for a thorough investigation to clear the air and maintain the faith of Hindu devotees in the temple's sanctity.
