Satyarup Siddhanta Receives Prestigious 'Brigadier Gyan Singh National Adventure Award 2024'
Well-known climber Satyarup Siddhanta has been awarded the 'Brigadier Gyan Singh National Adventure Award 2024' for his outstanding achievements in adventure sports and mountaineering. Satyarup holds the Guinness World Records for being the youngest to climb the tallest peaks and volcanoes on all seven continents.

In a remarkable achievement, renowned climber Satyarup Siddhanta has been conferred with the 'Brigadier Gyan Singh National Adventure Award 2024'. The award, intended to recognize exceptional contributions to adventure sports, will be presented in New Delhi on Sunday, announced the National Adventure Foundation (NAF).
Siddhanta, who holds a Guinness World Record as the youngest person to have scaled the tallest mountains and volcanoes across all seven continents, also stands as the first Indian to accomplish this feat. This year, he successfully climbed the previously untouched Mount Gupt Parvat in Himachal Pradesh along with his team from West Bengal.
Last year, Siddhanta and his team ascended Mount Brammah in Jammu and Kashmir, making the second successful summit of the peak in 43 years. They pioneered a new route under the guidance of experienced mountaineer Rudra Prasad Halder.
