Kathryn Crosby, the famed actress-singer and widow of legendary crooner Bing Crosby, has passed away at the age of 90. According to Variety, she died of natural causes at her home on Friday evening.
Crosby, who starred in over 20 films, was known for her roles in classics such as "The 7th Voyage of Sinbad," "Anatomy of a Murder," "Operation Mad Ball," and "The Wild Party." Performing under the stage names Kathryn Grant and Kathryn Grandstaff, she made frequent appearances on Bing Crosby's "Merrie Olde Christmas" specials and hosted her own 30-minute talk show, "The Kathryn Crosby Show," based in San Francisco.
After her husband's death in 1977, Crosby continued to shine in stage productions, including the 1996 Broadway revival of "State Fair."
