Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in a Ganpati Puja on Wednesday at the residence of Chief Justice of India, D Y Chandrachud.

Video footage showed CJI Chandrachud and his wife Kalpana Das warmly welcoming the Prime Minister to their home.

Modi was actively involved in the puja and opted for traditional Maharashtrian attire for the occasion.

'Joined Ganesh Puja at the residence of CJI, Justice DY Chandrachud Ji. May Bhagwan Shri Ganesh bless us all with happiness, prosperity, and wonderful health,' Modi later posted on X, along with a photograph of himself participating in the puja.
