A fire broke out at a building at the BSF camp in Chhawla area of Delhi's Dwarka, police confirmed on Wednesday.

Fortunately, there was no loss of life or property, police authorities reported.

''On Tuesday, at 12.11 pm, a PCR call alerted the Chhawla Police Station about the fire at a BSF camp building, prompting immediate dispatch of police teams to the location,'' stated a senior police officer.

With the rapid response of the fire brigade, the fire was successfully doused. Authorities cited a short circuit in the wire panel as the cause of the blaze.
