IHCL's Vivanta Brand to Debut in Puducherry with New Green Field Project

Collaborating with Auroma Soft Resorts and Hotels Pvt Ltd, led by Ajay Virmani and Sandip Ganguli, the 85-key hotel will feature modern amenities, marking IHCL's strategic expansion into key Indian locations.

The Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), the hospitality giant renowned for its iconic Taj brand, is all set to launch a new Vivanta hotel in Puducherry. This initiative is part of a green field project, aimed at bolstering the company's presence in this popular tourist destination.
IHCL has entered into an agreement with Auroma Soft Resorts and Hotels Pvt Ltd, a company promoted by Ajay Virmani and Sandip Ganguli, which has established credentials in luxury real estate and hospitality in Puducherry. The new 85-key Vivanta hotel will be a significant addition to the region's hospitality offerings.
"Puducherry's rise as a favored spot for both domestic and international travelers has made it a strategic location for our expansion," said IHCL Executive Vice President Suma Venkatesh. The hotel will feature an all-day diner, gymnasium, meeting rooms, and pre-function areas, aiming to offer an exceptional stay to its guests.
