Selena Gomez, the renowned star of 'Only Murders in the Building', has opened up about her inability to carry children due to significant health risks, in a candid Vanity Fair magazine interview.

The 32-year-old, originally planning to start a family by 35, said, 'I haven't ever said this, but I unfortunately can't carry my own children. I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby's in jeopardy.'

Diagnosed with lupus in 2015, she faced further challenges, including anxiety, depression, a kidney transplant in 2017, and bipolar disorder in 2020. Despite these, Gomez remains hopeful and is considering adoption, inspired by her mother's adoption story.

Gomez expresses gratitude for surrogacy and adoption options, saying, 'I find it a blessing that there are wonderful people willing to do surrogacy or adoption, which are both huge possibilities.' She believes her future path to motherhood will be uniquely her own.
