Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, the 86-year-old president of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, is currently under critical care at Medanta Hospital following complications from a urinary issue and low food intake.

According to his media advisor Sharad Sharma, the Mahant's condition is currently stable yet critical. He was admitted to the ICU on Sunday evening after showing no improvement in Gwalior.
