Akshay Kumar & Priyadarshan Reunite for Upcoming Film 'Bhooth Bangla'

Superstar Akshay Kumar announced his collaboration with director Priyadarshan for the film 'Bhooth Bangla', set for a 2025 release. This horror comedy marks their reunion after 14 years, following the 2010 hit 'Khatta Meetha'. Akshay shared the news on his 57th birthday, expressing his excitement.

On Monday, superstar Akshay Kumar revealed that he will be teaming up once again with frequent collaborator and director Priyadarshan for a new film titled 'Bhooth Bangla', scheduled for release in 2025.

The actor made this announcement on his 57th birthday and shared a motion poster of the film on Instagram. 'Bhooth Bangla' is a horror comedy which reunites Akshay and Priyadarshan after a 14-year hiatus. Their previous collaboration was the 2010 political satire 'Khatta Meetha'.

Akshay and Priyadarshan have previously worked together in several popular comedies, including 'Hera Pheri', 'Garam Masala', 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa', 'De Dana Dan', and 'Bhagam Bhag'. 'Bhooth Bangla' is produced by Balaji Telefilms Ltd in association with Cape of Good Films, with Akshay serving as a producer alongside Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. Faara Sheikh and Vedant Vikaas Baali are the co-producers.
