Tragic Lightning Strike Claims Lives of Siblings in Madhya Pradesh

Two young siblings were killed by lightning in Sheopur district, Madhya Pradesh, while grazing cattle near the Kuno river. The incident occurred during a thunderstorm Sunday afternoon, as confirmed by local police.

In a tragic incident, two minor siblings died after being struck by lightning in Madhya Pradesh's Sheopur district, police reported on Monday.

The unfortunate event unfolded around 4:30 PM on Sunday while the boys were grazing cattle near the Kuno river in Bhairopur (Jhakher) village, an official disclosed.

During a sudden thunderstorm, lightning struck the area, leading to the demise of the brothers, aged 8 and 10, according to Parmal Singh, Assistant Sub-Inspector at Virpur police station.
