President Droupadi Murmu to Attend Diamond Jubilee Convocation in Indore

President Droupadi Murmu is set to attend the diamond jubilee convocation of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in Indore on September 19. On a two-day visit starting September 18, she will meet weavers at Mrignayani Emporium and visit Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain.

President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to attend the diamond jubilee convocation of Indore's Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya on September 19, according to an official announcement on Friday.

Her two-day visit to the state will commence on September 18, during which she will engage with traditional weavers at the state government's Mrignayani Emporium.

Additionally, on the same trip, she is set to visit the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain and take part in the university's anniversary celebrations. Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, established in 1964, is marking its 60th year this year. Chief Secretary Veera Rana has been overseeing the preparations for the President's visit, officials revealed.
