However, PTI Fact Check debunked these claims, confirming the footage is from a previous visit to the United States. Last June, Modi was warmly received by people of Indian origin at JFK Airport in New York.

The misleading post has garnered significant attention, amassing over 2,000 views and numerous shares. PTI Fact Check used Google Lens and cross-referenced reports from The Times of India and CNBC TV 18 to confirm the video's true origin.
