Oasis announced two extra concert dates on Wednesday for their comeback tour of Britain and Ireland, driven by "phenomenal" demand from fans eager to see the band live for the first time in 15 years.

The iconic group, known for their debut album "Definitely Maybe" released 30 years ago, dissolved in 2009 following a series of public disputes between lead guitarist Noel Gallagher and singer Liam Gallagher. Initially, the band revealed a schedule of 14 shows, starting in Cardiff in July 2025, followed by performances in Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin.

Last week, Oasis added three UK dates to the tour, including extra concerts in Manchester, London, and Edinburgh. Two additional dates have now been added in London, as announced on X. Fans faced long waits in virtual queues last weekend, only to find ticket prices dramatically increased due to a "dynamic pricing" strategy.

The band stated, "Tickets will be sold by a staggered, invitation-only ballot process. Applications will be opened first to many UK fans who were unsuccessful in the initial on-sale with Ticketmaster." The band clarified that decisions on ticketing and pricing are managed by promoters and management, and they were unaware of the dynamic pricing scheme used for the initial sale. Consequently, many fans who expected to pay the advertised rate of £148.50 ($195.10) instead paid upwards of £355.20. ($1 = £0.7612)
