President Droupadi Murmu Visits Hazur Sahib Gurdwara in Maharashtra
President Droupadi Murmu visited Takhat Sachkhand Shri Hazur Sahib Gurdwara in Nanded, Maharashtra. She toured the community kitchen and met with locals, including beneficiaries of the PM Swanidhi Scheme. She was accompanied by the Maharashtra Governor and her daughter during the three-day state visit.

President Droupadi Murmu, on Wednesday, visited the revered Takhat Sachkhand Shri Hazur Sahib Gurdwara located in Nanded, central Maharashtra.
During her visit, she toured the 'langar' (community kitchen) within the gurdwara premises, according to an official report. Hazur Sahib is one of Sikhism's five significant religious sites. President Murmu is on a three-day visit to the state that began on Monday.
Accompanied by Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan and her daughter Itishree Murmu, the president was welcomed by members of the Gurdwara board and various officials, including district guardian minister Girish Mahajan. Following this, she met with beneficiaries of the PM Swanidhi Scheme, engaging with local business owners such as cutlery shop owner Ketan Kalaskar and fruit business proprietor Samshersingh Rathod, the official said.
