Actor Nivin Pauly vehemently denied sexual assault allegations during a press conference on Tuesday. The accusations come from a woman claiming Pauly and others abused her in a Dubai hotel last year. Pauly vowed to fight for justice, stating he had never seen the woman and the allegations were baseless.

Pauly expressed his determination, saying, "I am 100% sure I am not at fault. An FIR has been registered, and I will handle the case according to the law. I'm prepared to go to any extent to prove the truth." The allegations have notably impacted Pauly, who emphasized the effect on his family.

The Kerala Police have charged Pauly and five others with gang rape and related crimes. The charges arise from the survivor's statement to the Special Investigation Team, recorded as part of a broader probe into sexual harassment in the Malayalam film industry. The First Information Report was filed under numerous IPC Sections, including 376D (gang rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation).

Pauly, named as the sixth accused in the case, joins industry figures like Shreya, AK Sunil, Binu, Basheer, and Kuttan among the accused. The complainant contends they lured her with the promise of a film role. In his official Instagram statement, Pauly reiterated his resolve to disprove the allegations and expose those behind them. Several other prominent Malayalam film industry personalities, including MLA Mukesh and actors like Jayasurya and Siddique, are also facing sexual harassment charges.
