The Directorate of Museums has announced the creation of an official inventory to catalog these valuable cultural assets. Director Vasu Usapkar emphasized that this database will aid in the protection, conservation, and promotion of these collections.
Usapkar urged private collectors to cooperate with officials to enhance security measures, identify preservation needs, and promote public awareness of these cultural treasures.
