Omaxe Group, a prominent real estate firm, announced a substantial investment of Rs 2,500 crore to develop a 50-acre commercial-cum-sports complex in Dwarka, Delhi. Named 'The Omaxe State,' the project aims to enhance the city's infrastructure with state-of-the-art facilities.
The development will include a world-class cricket-cum-football stadium that meets ICC and FIFA standards, along with an indoor sports stadium accommodating 2,000 spectators. Additional features such as retail areas, a hotel, and a 75,000 square feet E-Sports arena will be part of the complex.
This ambitious project, developed in partnership with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under a public-private partnership model, is expected to generate over Rs 4,200 crore in revenue by its completion in 2027, providing a significant boost to Delhi's economy and sports infrastructure.
