Tragic Borewell Incident Amidst Heavy Rains in Rajasthan

A mudslide triggered by heavy rains in Rajasthan's Dausa resulted in the tragic death of a man after he fell into a borewell. Despite rescue efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. The local administration and his family recounted the sequence of events leading to the unfortunate incident.

A tragic incident unfolded in Rajasthan's Dausa as a man lost his life after falling into a borewell due to a mudslide triggered by heavy rains, police confirmed.

The victim, trapped at a depth of 30 feet while working in a field in Ranauli village, could only be rescued after an hour-and-a-half-long operation involving a JCB machine.

Local administration members on-site reported that due to the heavy rain, the mudslide caused his entrapment and subsequent death. His brother recalled that although he was retrieved in an unconscious state, doctors declared him dead upon arrival at the hospital.
