Prime Minister Narendra Modi has assured Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel of the Centre's full support in tackling the crisis.

In their public appeals, Kharge offered condolences to the bereaved and called for swift deployment of more NDRF and SDRF teams. He also lauded the efforts of the Indian Armed Forces. Gandhi emphasized the need for Congress workers to aid in relief efforts and expressed hopes for a quick recovery for the injured and affected.
