Netflix Announces Gripping Season 2 of Crime Thriller 'Kohrra'

Netflix has announced the second season of its acclaimed series 'Kohrra'. Set in Punjab, the police procedural will see Barun Sobti return and Mona Singh join the cast. Directed by Sudip Sharma, the upcoming season will delve into a new murder mystery, exploring family dynamics and interpersonal secrets.

Streaming giant Netflix announced on Tuesday the eagerly awaited second season of its critically acclaimed crime thriller series, 'Kohrra'.

Actor Barun Sobti is set to return, accompanied by Mona Singh, in this Punjab-set police procedural, which premiered its first season to significant acclaim in July 2023.

The series will be helmed by Sudip Sharma, who makes his debut as a producer under the banner of Act Three Productions, along with Faisal Rahman. Produced by Act Three Productions and Film Squad Productions, the next chapter promises a gripping narrative filled with family dynamics and secrets amidst a foggy Punjab backdrop.
