India's first civilian astronaut, Gopichand Thotakura, had a noteworthy meeting with Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday.

The Vice President Secretariat confirmed that Thotakura was part of the New Shepard-25 mission orchestrated by Blue Origin, the space company.
