A recent Naukri.com survey has revealed that fewer flexible work options, work-life balance, and family responsibilities are significant challenges for women trying to re-enter the workforce. The survey reported that 39 per cent of women cited work-life balance as a primary reason for quitting their jobs.

The study conducted among job seekers on Naukri.com's platform found that 41 per cent identified a lack of flexible work options and 35 per cent highlighted family responsibilities as major barriers to continuing their jobs.

While 73 per cent of women and 79 per cent of men believe equal opportunities exist in employment and leadership positions, 24 per cent of women feel men have better growth prospects compared to 8 per cent of men. Additionally, 31 per cent of women perceive unequal salary compensation relative to 16 per cent of men.
