Union Minister and actor Suresh Gopi expressed on Wednesday that he would consider himself 'saved' if removed from his ministerial post for his involvement in acting while holding office.
Gopi has requested authorization to begin filming 'Ottakomban,' but has yet to receive approval. Nevertheless, he plans to commence shooting on September 6.
Addressing a Kerala Film Chamber of Commerce event, Gopi recounted his conversation with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, stating he has agreed to act in 20-22 films based on their scripts, and will bring officials to film sets to manage his ministerial duties.
