Senior Swamiji of Udupi Pejavar Math, Vishwaprasanna Teertha Swamiji, has voiced serious concerns over the escalating violence faced by Hindus in Bangladesh and urged immediate and greater spiritual intervention to address it.
In a video message released on Tuesday, the Swamiji condemned the deplorable conditions not only in Bangladesh but also within India, stressing the necessity for the Hindu community to face these challenges head-on and resort to prayer as a means to foster global peace, which he deems may be the only effective solution.
The Swamiji also drew attention to a troubling pattern where those who speak out against such atrocities are often silenced. He called for society to remain vigilant and take proactive measures against these injustices.
Expressing doubts about the efficacy of relying solely on government action, the Swamiji urged citizens to put their faith in prayer, advocating for peace and the overall well-being of the world.
