Spectacular Closing of the Olympics at Stade de France
The Stade de France hosted a grand closing ceremony for the Olympics, highlighted by musical performances and a celebration of diversity and solidarity. With nearly 75,000 spectators, the event featured a torchbearer from the Louvre and paid homage to the Games' host city.

The Stade de France was transformed into a concert hall to celebrate a fortnight of sporting excellence, as athletes marched into the arena to thunderous applause during the breathtaking closing ceremony.
The nearly four-hour-long opening ceremony over the River Seine had showcased the city's architectural wonders and rich heritage. The closing event, witnessed by close to 75,000 spectators, was equally enchanting.
The two-hour show, directed by Thomas Jolly, began with a musical tribute to the host city, featuring French singer Zaho de Sagazan performing 'Sous le ciel de Paris'.
