In a vibrant display of national pride, Tiranga rallies were organized across various districts of the Kashmir Valley on Saturday ahead of the Independence Day celebrations, officials reported.

As part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, the rallies saw enormous public participation, passing through district headquarters and igniting patriotic fervour among the residents.

Officials mentioned that such rallies were held in Shopian, Pulwama, Bandipora, Baramulla, and Kupwara. Led by senior officers of the police and civil administration, these events aim to foster a sense of pride and respect for the national flag.

This initiative marks the lead-up to August 15th, with more events planned in the days to come.
