Sharvari Wagh, currently promoting her intense action thriller 'Vedaa' alongside John Abraham, recently discussed her preparation for the film. To embrace her role, Sharvari took up boxing, a sport she had never tried before. Reflecting on the experience, she said, "I've always been athletic, but boxing was new. Initially, one hour of training was exhausting, but by the time shooting started, I was training for three hours non-stop. Every sport teaches life lessons. Boxing was hard but worth it, and it's helping me in my future endeavors."

Having delivered two major hits this year with 'Munjya' and 'Maharaj,' Sharvari expressed her gratitude for the positive audience response. "Audience appreciation is a big validation. It empowers me to choose my next project. It can be overwhelming, but I'm very grateful for the year I've had," she said.

Discussing her diverse roles, Sharvari stated, "I don't know if new actors take risks, but doing different genres, like 'Vedaa,' is crucial for my survival. For someone who isn't from the industry and has auditioned a lot, films like 'Vedaa' are very important. I'm hungry as an actor to take on different roles."

The new song 'Holiyaan' from 'Vedaa' was recently released. It's a modern take on the classic Holi track 'Holiyaan Mein Ude Re Gulal,' featuring Sharvari's energetic dance moves and colorful Holi celebrations. John Abraham makes a notable appearance, adding a thrilling element with his rugged look and fight scenes. Last month, the trailer of the action thriller was unveiled, featuring John reciting lines from the Bhagavad Gita and showcasing his combat skills.

Directed by Nikkhil Advani, 'Vedaa' is described as a story of resilience and the indomitable human spirit. It follows Vedaa (Sharvari), who challenges the status quo with the support of a former soldier (John Abraham). Produced by Zee Studios and others, the film also features Abhishek Bannerjee and is set to clash with 'Stree 2' on August 15.
