Actor Ranbir Kapoor has shed light on his memorable meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, praising his 'magnetic charm' and exceptional oratory skills. In a recent candid conversation with Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha on the 'People by WTF' podcast, Kapoor offered a glimpse into the encounter.

Reflecting on the meeting, which took place in 2019 in New Delhi, Kapoor described Modi's presence as captivating. The gathering included notable film personalities such as Kapoor's now-wife Alia Bhatt, actor Vicky Kaushal, and producer Karan Johar. 'I don't need to think much to know that when I met the Prime Minister, he had a magnetic charm about him,' Kapoor shared.

During the meeting, Modi made personal efforts to connect with each participant, including Kapoor, whose late father Rishi Kapoor was undergoing treatment for leukemia at the time. Kapoor noted that Modi inquired about his father's health, showing a personal touch that left a significant impression. Nikhil Kamath echoed Kapoor's sentiments, remarking on Modi's boundless energy and the privilege of meeting him.

The 2019 delegation also featured stars Ranveer Singh, Bhumi Pednekar, Ayushmann Khurrana, and more. Kapoor continues to earn acclaim for his role in 'Animal' and is set to appear in its sequel 'Animal Park' and 'Love and War', directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
