Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston has taken a strong stand against JD Vance, Donald Trump's vice-presidential pick, for his controversial comments targeting Democrats. In a 2021 interview, Vance described Kamala Harris and several others as 'people without children,' a remark that recently went viral.
According to Deadline, Vance claimed the U.S. was under the control of 'a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they've made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.' This prompted a fierce rebuttal from Aniston.
Using Instagram, Aniston responded, 'All I can say is... Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day.' Aniston, who has been transparent about her IVF struggles, stressed that individuals are complete with or without children.
Referring to Vance's daughter, Aniston added, 'I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you are trying to take that away from her, too.' Vance is a father of three: Ewan, 6, Vivek, 4, and Mirabel, 2.
Kamala Harris, whom Vance labeled as 'childless,' also addressed his positions on IVF and abortion during a campaign speech in Kalamazoo, MI. 'Understand, this is a fellow who -- in the United States Senate -- participated in blocking protections for IVF. This is an individual who has made every indication that he is for a national abortion ban,' Harris stated, as per Deadline. (ANI)
