'Moidams' was put forward as India's nomination for the UNESCO World Heritage List for the year 2023-24.
The unique burial mounds, characterized by pyramid-like structures known as 'Moidams', were utilized by the Tai-Ahom dynasty that governed Assam for approximately 600 years.
