Delhi's latest museum, nestled beneath the historic Humayun's Tomb complex, offers a vibrant glimpse into Mughal Emperor Humayun's life and legacy. Utilizing advanced technology, the subterranean venue recreates the Nizamuddin Dargah's legacy through 3-D videos and intricate wooden models.

Rare artefacts, including ancient coins and a mesmerizing display of 'farmans,' illustrate the 16th-century ruler's storied travels, administrative prowess, and artistic patronage. A notable collection includes an astrolabe, an 1840s celestial sphere, and a horse meat-cooked helmet from Humayun's hardships en route to Persia.

Set to be inaugurated during the World Heritage Committee meeting, the museum's layout channels medieval 'baolis' and features detailed replicas of Humayun's Tomb architecture. This initiative marks 25 years of conservation efforts in Delhi's 300-acre Humayun's Tomb-Sunder Nursery-Nizamuddin Basti area, supporting a single large-scale conservation project.
