Halsey has been candid about her health challenges, making headlines with the release of her song 'The End,' which addresses her struggles since 2022, reported People. Previously on Instagram, the singer shared that she was first diagnosed with Lupus SLE and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder. Both conditions are now managed or in remission, but she expects to live with them for the rest of her life.

In her post, Halsey expressed appreciation for her medical team. "After a rocky start, I slowly got everything under control with the help of amazing doctors. After 2 years, I'm feeling better and I'm more grateful than ever to have music to turn to. I can't wait to get back where I belong: With you all..Singing and screaming my heart out," she shared.

Halsey also provided insight into her upcoming project, expected to land over three years after her 2021 album. The singer described the musical vibe as diverse and revealed, "When I started writing it, I thought it might be the last album I ever got the chance to make." She stated that the music reflects her personal experiences, which have been both transformative and challenging. The first single from this album, 'Lucky,' is set for release on July 26.
