Veteran producer Vashu Bhagnani has addressed recent speculation surrounding the sale of his Juhu-based office premises. Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Bhagnani confirmed that the property remains under his ownership and is currently undergoing redevelopment into a luxury residential tower, a plan which has been in the works for over a year and a half.

Contrary to reports, Bhagnani stressed there have been no staff layoffs within his production house, Pooja Entertainment, which recently backed the high-profile action film 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Bhagnani noted, "We've had the same team working with us for 10 years, we haven't asked anyone to leave."

Addressing allegations of unpaid dues, Bhagnani urged creditors to engage directly with the company. He reassured, "If there are people who claim that we owe them money, they should come forward and talk to us. There are so many ways to sort this rather than ranting on social media." Bhagnani expressed willingness to resolve any issues within 60 days if proper documentation is provided.
