On World Music Day, Paramvah Studios, led by Rakshit Shetty, unveiled a song from 'Ibbani Tabbida Ileyali', a much-awaited Kannada musical.

The film's director, Chandrajith Belliappa, revealed that the song, 'Oh Anahita', inspired by 1990s Bollywood, was conceived 10 years ago. The film prominently features actors Vihan and Ankita Amar.

Belliappa, with a background in software programming, transitioned to filmmaking full-time to pursue his passion. The melodious 'Oh Anahita' perfectly fits the film's ambiance, even while other tracks were composed by music director Gagan Baderiya. The musical contains six songs in total.

'Ibbani Tabbida Ileyali' translates to 'In the Dew Kissed Land', inspired by Belliappa's roots in Coorg. It's his debut full-length feature, following his work on the anthology 'Katha Sangama' and his writing roles in acclaimed films 'Avane Srimannarayana' and 'Kirik Party'.

Cinematographer Srivathsan Selvarajan, an Oscar Gold Rising Programme alum, also makes his feature debut with this film. Additionally, the movie marks the return of actress Girija Shettar.

In an exclusive interview with PTI, Shettar highlighted her personal connection to her character and praised the production company and talented director. As 'Oh Anahita' teases the film's unique visual and auditory experience, audiences are eagerly anticipating its theatrical release.

Belliappa promised a cinematic celebration intended for the big screen, with a tentative release in the coming months.
