How to Train Your Dragon 3 trailer gives hint of Hiccup’s death

After a long wait, ‘How to Train Your Dragon 3’ gets its final trailer. The movie, which does not have the exact release date, is likely to hit the big screens anytime in 2019.

The final trailer for ‘How to Train Your Dragon 3’ although vows an epic conclusion to the popular action fantasy series, it further may bring tears to shed for long-time fans of the franchise. The upcoming movie may show the demise of Hiccup at the film’s end despite being the protagonist.

The last phase of the trailer shows Toothless is hit with an arrow. Hiccup says to Light Fury to save his friend as Toothless becomes unconsciousness. But that leaves Hiccup in a free fall, which gives a hint of his death.

As already revealed by the director, Dean DeBlois, the third movie officially titled ‘How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World’ is going to be the last movie of the franchise. Hence, it will bring conclusion and clear almost all the doubts that the last movies generated.

According to Dean DeBlois, the movie will end much like the series of books by Cressida Cowell. On the other hand, fans will be surprised to see that the upcoming movie will have one resurrected character – Stoick the Vast, Hiccup’s dad. He was previously shown dead.
