Happy Death Day 2U launches new trailer, New killer comes back

‘Happy Death Day 2U,’ the highly anticipated slasher film, gets a new trailer. The movie is a sequel to 2017’s ‘Happy Death Day’ with Jason Blum again in the team as the producer.

The upcoming movie ‘Happy Death Day 2U’ is going to a sequel worthy of its predecessor. The movie will feature a similar premise while focusing on how Theresa Gelbman aka Tree (Jessica Rothe) ended up in that time loop in the first place.

Tree again makes her entry in the time loop unpredictably and determines to escape it anyway after seeing her friends are now involved. But after knowing the killing of Lori Spengler (Ruby Modine), Tree is likely to confront the new killer in order to uncover their identity and break free of the time loop once and for all. This time Tree will also discover that dying over and over was surprisingly easier than the dangers that lie ahead.

The other cast in the film includes Suraj Sharma as Samar Ghosh, Israel Broussard as Carter Davis, Sarah Yarkin as Dre Morgan, Rachel Matthews as Danielle Bouseman, Phi Vu as Ryan Phan and Steve Zissis as Dean Bronson.

‘Happy Death Day 2U’ will hit the big screens in the United States on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2019.
