In an exciting twist to the world of reality dating shows, Netflix is all set to launch Love Like a K-Drama on November 28th. This unique dating series promises to deliver not just love and romance, but a cultural fusion of dreams and friendships as it brings together four talented Korean actors and four Japanese actresses in a quest for lead roles in six mini K-dramas.

Love Like a K-Drama blurs the lines between reality and fiction as it follows the journey of these eight young dreamers. Each episode takes viewers on a heartwarming exploration of dreams, romance, and friendships that transcend the cultural boundaries between Korea and Japan.

The show boasts an impressive cast, including Won Shik, known for his roles in "True Beauty" and "Alchemy of Souls." Joining him are fresh faces Dong Kyu and Tae Gyun, who have transitioned from modeling to acting, and Ji Hyuk, a Supernova member with a growing reputation for compelling performances in "The Secret Romantic Guesthouse" and "Alice." Representing Japan, Rio, Ayano, and Honoka bring their extensive acting experience to the series, while Nozomi, an ex-E-Girls idol, adds her unique blend of rhythm and rawness to the mix.

The released teaser showcases the eight talented individuals fiercely competing for lead roles in the mini-dramas. As they rehearse and audition, often replicating scenes reminiscent of Korean romance dramas, viewers will be left wondering if their on-screen chemistry could spark real-life relationships.

The show is hosted by Yuko Fueki, who is known as Yumin in Korea. The panel of commentators includes Haruna Kondo from the comedy duo Harisenbon, A-chan from the musical group Perfume, Shusuke Fukutoku from the comedy duo JaruJaru, Hayato Komori from the musical group GENERATIONS, and Maria Tani.

Love Like a K-Drama promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience, where love and acting skills are used to bridge the gaps of language, nationality, and culture. This reality dating show will bring the pure heart-pounding romance of Korean dramas into the real world, making it an absolute must-watch for fans of both K-dramas and reality dating programs.

Love Like a K-Drama will be released its first episode on Netflix on November 28.
