Netflix is set to brighten up our screens with its latest release, 'Daily Dose of Sunshine,' and it's got fans buzzing with excitement. The streaming giant has just dropped a teaser poster and trailer, along with the much-anticipated release date for this new drama.

The heartwarming story of 'Daily Dose of Sunshine' revolves around Da Eun, a newly minted psychiatric nurse embarking on her journey in the challenging world of mental health care. The narrative kicks off as she steps foot into the psychiatric ward, where she encounters individuals grappling with wounded hearts. This promising series is helmed by the talented director Lee Jae Gyu, known for his work on 'All of Us Are Dead.' The star-studded cast includes the beloved Park Bo Young, Yeon Woo Jin, Jang Dong Yoon, and Lee Jung Eun.

The newly released poster provides a sneak peek into the show's mood, featuring Da Eun sporting a heartwarming smile within the confines of Myungshin University's psychiatric ward. The teaser trailer takes viewers on Da Eun's maiden voyage as a third-year nurse, where she explores every nook and cranny of the psychiatric ward. This marks her very first day on the job, having made the switch from internal medicine to psychiatry. Da Eun's journey is anything but a walk in the park, as she navigates her way through her new role.

One noticeable aspect of the psychiatric ward is its lack of curtains, unlike the other wards. This means it's the first place to welcome the warmth of the sun's rays. Even here, Da Eun approaches her patients with utmost sincerity, attempting to delve into their minds and provide the care they need. Despite her best efforts, her inexperience shines through, making her a bit clumsy at times.

Director Lee Jae Gyu describes the drama as "a story that revolves around people with mental illness and those who want to help them." It promises to shed light on the lives of individuals dealing with mental health challenges and the dedicated healthcare professionals who strive to make a difference.

Daily Dose of Sunshine is set to premiere on November 3.
