Overlord Season 5 Update: What We Know So Far

The story is about a character named Ainz Ooal Gown, who was once called Momonga. Suddenly, he finds himself inside a famous computer game named YGGDRASIL. This happens when the game is about to stop working. Now, he is trying to understand this new world and what has happened to him.

After watching four seasons, fans have many questions. Will Ainz Ooal Gown take control of this game world? Will anyone be able to stop him? If there is no fifth season, we might never find out the answers.

Overlord Season 5: Latest Updates

Right now, there's no official news about Overlord Season 5. This makes fans really curious about what's next.

In the last episode of Overlord Season 4, there were many shocking moments. We saw Renner's scary demon form. Climb decides to be loyal to Ainz and become a demon too, because Renner asked him to. Albedo tells everyone that Renner gave up a whole city to Ainz so she could live forever. Renner shows her real, evil self and wants to be with Climb forever. Then, there's a scary scene with Albedo, Phillip, and some severed heads. Ainz also meets someone named Marquis Raeven.

Some people think there will be a fifth season because of the story's details. But, we might have to wait until after a movie sequel. As of January 2023, the "Overlord" book series is still being written. Kugane Maruyama, the writer, plans to finish the series with the 18th book. This means there's more of the story that could be turned into TV shows.
